Wanna go back to the 90s? lets get started.

As we are focusing on the nostalgic blog series, we decided to bring out the nostalgic things that were used in our childhood.

This is the next in the series of articles about nostalgic memories. Let's dig in and Kindle our childhood memories.

Puppy house

As a kid we can't able to forget about our favourite toy, Puppy House.

It has a small white colour button on it while placing a coin on it immediately a dog comes out from a door and grabbed our coin.

I bought it for 66 INR in the year 2003. If it is still available, i will definitely buy it again.

Fragrance eraser

As a child, we always use pencil for writing in schools till some age as it can be easily eraced when we wrote something wrong with the help of an eraser.

We buy erasers only for erasing. But as a child, we bought an eraser not only for eracing but also for the fragrance in it and it's fruit shape which is the Fragrance eraser.

It's very famous among children at that time. I still remember buying this eraser in the exhibition that is being held in my locality every year.

We definitely used this eraser atleast once during our childhood days. The memory that comes after seeing this is as sweet as the fragrance of this eraser.

Bracelet scale

As a kid especially as a early 2k kid we used to play with this Bracelet scale and it was given free with the Milk bikis biscuits.

It will role like a bracelet if we tap it on our hand. That was a crazy experience. We used to play with this scale by tapping it on our friends' hand in our childhood.

Bending Pencil

Generally, we get attracted towards things that are unusual. Pencils were common in our childhood.

We used many types of pencils. But the one which is more different than others is the Bending Pencil.

This pencil came as free to a snack item that time. Due to it's popularity, shops also started to sell this pencil that time. It's not so comfortable to write but children bought this pencil just for it's weirdness.

Music CDs and Cassettes

CDs are present even today but it's usage is very low as it was replaced by Pendrives. Cassettes are not in use now.

During our childhood days, we usually listen to music, watch movies and play games with the help of CDs. Especially listening to newly released music.

Nowadays music albums are directly released in YouTube and Streaming platforms such as Spotify, Wynk, Jio music, gaana etc. But those days, new songs were being  released exclusively through CDs and Cassettes.

Some movie music albums created a record for highest sales of CDs and Cassettes. Even though we are technologically advanced, we have a very special place for CDs and Cassettes in our memories.

'Indian' film featuring Mr.kamal hassan and music by Mr.Ar Rahman, smashes a record sales of 6,00,000 music CDs on day 1.

Jumping balls

As a child we used to collect small Jumping balls and they are really cheap. It was just 1 INR and a fairly big size ball was 5 INR.

There were radium jumping balls available. It will glow in dark.
