              As in the quote, our past may or may not perfect but always had some wonderful memories that we cherish till now. Due to those wonderful memories our past seemed to be perfect than our present.

              We always feel happy when we kindle our nostalgic memories in the past. In this nerve-racking situation, we decided to make a series of articles about the nostalgic memories we had.

             First article in this series is about the TV shows kindle our nostalgic memories when we think about that. 

             We tried to recollect some of the awesome shows that made our childhood awesome. Now let us all walk down the memory lane.

Popeye - The Sailor man from Cartoon Network

               Popeye was one of our favourite cartoon shows in our childhood. Popoye was our hero that time.

                This show revolves around a sailor named Popeye who saves his pair Oliver from the villain named Bluto. He is a strong built man who always gains strength by eating 'Spinach'.

                Unlike cartoon that propagate junk foods and unhealthy foods, Popeye show stressed the goodness of spinach in every episode. For this reason, Popoye is loved not only by children but also by parents. 

                As most of children don't like spinach, parents fed them spinach with the help of their hero Popoye. Popoye is also popular for his swag. If you are a fan of Popoye show, it's theme song will definitely run in your minds while reading this.

Scooby Doo from Cartoon Network

              Another famous cartoon show that entertained us in our childhood was Scooby Doo. It's highly famous for it's unique storyline and comical value.

              This show revolves around a group of members which includes Shaggy, His dog Scooby Doo, Fred, Velma and Blake solving mysterious cases at various places in a comical way. 

             It's highly comical. Especially Scooby Doo and Shaggy combo was extremely hilarious. Each episode, the part were mystery unfolds was awesome. Their vehicle 'Mystery machine' was also popular. It was like one of the  characters in the show. Scooby dooby doo!

                One of the most popular TV shows that was telecasted at that time. It was a Sunday special puzzle game show telecasted at a prime time of 8 pm. It was so engaging throughout its duration. This show's anchor was Actress kushbu. Kushbu's anchoring was one of the major reasons for this show's popularity.

                And most recently I also witnessed the Jackpot show re telecasted on TV and it brings back my nostalgic memories too. That's why I decided to share this with you. Any fans of Jackpot show?

Deal or no deal from Sun TV

              Yet another show from Sun TV which hooks the audience to tune to Sun TV at 8pm in the weekends.There are nearly 26 boxes the player needs to select only one among them and keep it with him till the end.

              Then money tree will be displayed. In that money tree, list of amounts that are in each of the 26 boxes. But the contestants will not know that which box contains which amount.

             And after the completion of every round there calls a man called banker. I used to see him from different angles on my TV screen but in vain. Till now I don't know who is that banker anyone knows about him? Please tell me in the comments below.

             The banker will offer some money as deal. The contestants should decide whether he had to accept it or not. This was an interesting game show and it hooked us till the end of each episode to know the amount present in the box chosen by the contestants.

Takeshi's castle from Pogo TV

           This show is literally a carnival for 90s kids.  It was telecasted in Pogo TV channel on the prime time of 7 to 8 pm. 

           It was a game show in which a group of people  participate in weird games. It's really funny. As a child, most of us won't be in our chairs while watching this show.

           Some of the popular games were Bridge Ball, Skipping stones,Honey comb. Yes on writing the names of those games it just clicked the rewind button on our mind and it just refreshes all our nostalgic memories.

              

Mad by Harun Robert from Pogo TV

               The show was conducted Harun Robert aka 'Rob' and without this show most of 90s kids life isn't completed. He just elevated his ideas into new heights through this show.

              This show is popular because it not only entertained us but also helped us to improve our creativity. No wonder, that most of the kids might find their talent in doing artistic things after watching this show.

              Most of us trying to do artistic things just like him. But we can't able to achieve his level of perfection. We are longing to see him back in action. Hope that Pogo TV channel will bring back in action.

He man from Chutti TV 

              The above picture doesn't need any introduction he is none other than 'HE MAN'. We can't easily forget those during those days.

               Prince Adam transforms into He man with super powers whenever he rises his sword and utters the slogan "By the power of grayskull". After that his coward pet tiger also transforms into a brave beast. 

              With these powers he man used to control the evil actions of his enemy Skeletor. In our childhood, most of us might rise a sword like thing and uttered his slogan thinking ourselves as he man. It was highly entertaining show. 

Power Rangers from Jetix:

              Our childhood wouldn't be complete without Power Rangers. It is own of the most popular shows. For seeing power rangers alone, children forced their parents to subscribe Jetix channel in their TVs.

             There are many installments of power rangers and almost all of them were popular. The most popular installments of power rangers were SPD (Space Patrol Delta),  Ninja storm, Dino thunder, Mystic Force, Operation Overdrive, Jungle fury and Time Force.

            Almost the outline of all the stories are similar. Only change was in the setting of the story and powers that each Rangers possess. 

           That time, kids used to believe that they could also transform into rangers when they use toy morpher (Device used to transform into rangers). 

          Some controversies came about this show that time as kids took power rangers very seriously. For this reason, most of the parents don't like power rangers. Which installment of power rangers you like the most? Mention that in comments section.

Shaktimaan from DD

      

     Shaktimaan is India's own superhero character. Most of our favourite superhero show in childhood would be Shaktimaan.

           As we had no access to Marvel and DC superhero contents at that time, Shaktimaan was the only superhero we know.

         Even the superhero premise was fresh at that time. So we enjoyed watching Shaktimaan. Many superhero characters will come and go but Shaktimaan will always remain in our heart.

Richie rich from Cartoon Network

            Richie rich was also a famous cartoon show at that time. This show had unique storyline and characters.

           This show revolves around the adventures of a boy who was born in a wealthy family.

           The characters Richie rich, Dollar the dog, Cadbury the butler and Richie rich's house are still our minds. 

          After watching Richie rich we wanted to buy a house like Richie's house. Richie rich definitely has a special place in our childhood memories.
